This utility program generates an initial skeleton VxD project quickly. You can build the VxD with MS Visual C++ compiler using VxDWriter's library. However, you need to add subsequent code in this basic VxD source file directly according to your requirements. To create a VxD project, you need to enter at least the name of the VxD and the directory location to save the project files.
