I am unable to boot Windows after installing MirrorFolder or setting up some mirror folder/drive. How do I resolve this problem? For Windows 95/98/Me systems, first boot the system with a Win95/98 boot floppy / CD-ROM, and delete MirrorFolder configuration files "mrfldr.dat" and "mrfldr.da0" from Windows folder, and then boot your system normally. If this does not solve the problem, next rename MirrorFolder’s startup driver file "mrfoldr.vxd" under "Windows\System" folder, and then restart your computer normally.
For Windows 2000/XP/2003 systems, boot the system from your Windows installation CD-ROM into Recovery Console mode and first delete MirrorFolder configuration files "mrfldr.dat" and "mrfldr.da0" from Windows folder, and then reboot your system normally. If this does not solve the problem, boot into Recovery Console again and either disable "mrfoldr" and "mfsyncsv" services or change their startup option as Manual, and then restart your computer normally.
You may now try to uninstall and reinstall the software or contact our support email.
