What to do if I do not receive the product serial number on time after making payment for the software?When ordering from one of our reseller, you should receive a payment confirmation email (immediately for credit card purchase) from the reseller after your payment is processed successfully. At the same time, you should also receive another email from us containing the product serial number and download link for the registered version of the software.
If you do not receive any payment confirmation email from the reseller but your online order was completed successfully, please contact the reseller directly at their support email address with details about your order, and they should be able to solve your problem.
In case, you have received the payment confirmation email from the reseller, but not the product serial number email from us within one hour, it is very likely that our email was blocked or removed by your junk email filter system. In that case, please check your junk email filter system for our email. If it is not there, open a support ticket or send us a support email at <support@techsoftpl.com> attaching the payment confirmation email from the reseller, and we will then send you the product serial number email again.
If you still do not receive that email, there must be some permanent problem sending you email from our server, and you will then need to send us an alternate email address to receive email from us.
